Definitions & Terminology

Platform Service Provider (referred to as "We"): Shanghai Yika Network Technology Co., Ltd. We may change the service provider within the scope permitted by law as our business develops. You may check the publicly displayed license information on the platform at any time to confirm the service provider at that time.

Affiliates: All subsidiary enterprises of the Platform Service Provider (such as branches, subsidiaries) or any enterprises with direct/indirect control or material influence relationships, including but not limited to Shanghai Yika Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Platform Services (referred to as "Services"): All services provided by the Platform Service Provider through the platform based on the Internet for users.

Platform Rules: All rules, implementation details, promotion codes, announcements, and other documents published on the platform (existing and future) formulated to maintain platform operation.

Platform Rule Modifications: Including but not limited to amendments to clauses of this Policy, changes to other Platform Rules, release of new Platform Rules, etc.

User (referred to as "You"): Any user who downloads and uses our APP shall be a Platform User.

Personal Information: Various information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activity status of a specific natural person.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Information

(1) Types of Personal Information We Collect

Our business functions rely on partial information to operate. All information you need to provide or authorize us to collect when using the Services includes:

• Advertising Identifier IDFA: Obtained with user authorization, used for advertising services integrated on the platform.
• Compass Magnetometer Permission: Silently obtained in the background, used to acquire the east-west-south-north direction of your mobile phone.
• Precise Geolocation Permission: Obtained with user authorization, used to acquire altitude, longitude, latitude, speed and other data.
• Motion & Fitness Permission: Obtained with user authorization, used to acquire air pressure related data.

(2) Core Business Functions of Our Products & Services

Our products and services include core functions such as displaying altitude and location information, taking photos with altitude watermarks, and AI consultation functions. We may collect, store and use the following information related to you to realize the above functions:

• Compass Magnetometer Permission: Supports the compass on the dashboard.
• Precise Geolocation Permission: Supports longitude, latitude, moving speed and altitude data on the dashboard.
• Motion & Fitness Permission: Supports atmospheric pressure data on the dashboard.

(3) Certain Functions Will Provide Your Information to Third Parties

When you use the AI consultation service, we will submit your questions, your current location and altitude to third-party AI large model providers.

Our APP integrates third-party advertising SDKs, which will submit your device information when acquiring advertising content.

(4) In-App Purchases

• All in-app purchase transactions of this application are completed via Apple App Store. We will not collect, store or obtain your bank card information, payment passwords, Apple ID account passwords, face/fingerprint biometric verification and other sensitive payment information.
• To complete virtual benefit distribution, order verification and after-sales reconciliation, we only receive transaction order numbers, commodity identifiers, transaction times and transaction receipts pushed by Apple. Such data is only used to fulfill the purchased functions/virtual props, and will not be used for ad delivery, user tracking or third-party data sharing.
• Transaction order data is stored in encrypted form and retained for no more than 3 years. You may contact customer service to apply for clearing all your personal order records.
• All payment settlement and refund reviews are independently handled by Apple. If you need a refund, please submit an application on your Apple ID subscription/order page.

(5) Other Purposes

If we intend to use information for purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will obtain your prior consent. Please note that information that cannot identify a specific individual and cannot be restored after processing is not deemed personal information under laws and regulations. We reserve the right to independently collect and use such information, including but not limited to analyzing and commercializing such information.

(6) Exceptions Where Authorization Consent Is Not Required

In the following circumstances stipulated by relevant laws and regulations, we may collect your personal information without obtaining your authorization consent:

• Matters related to national security and national defense security;
• Matters related to public security, public health and major public interests;
• Matters related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment enforcement;
• Necessary to safeguard the major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals in life, property, etc., where it is difficult to obtain your consent;
• Personal information you voluntarily disclosed to the public;
• Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed channels, such as legal news reports and government information disclosure;
• Necessary for signing contracts at your request;
• Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services we provide, e.g., detecting and handling product failures;
• Necessary for legitimate news reporting;
• Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

If we cease operation of our platform products or services, we will immediately stop collecting your personal information, notify you via individual delivery or public announcements, and anonymize the personal information in our possession in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

(1) Cookies

To ensure normal website operation and deliver a smoother access experience, we store temporary files on your mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and a series of numbers and characters. With Cookies, page switching on the website becomes smoother.

(2) SDK Usage

We conduct strict security inspections on the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and SDKs through which authorized partners obtain information, and sign strict personal information protection and data protection agreements with authorized partners, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with this Policy and other relevant laws and regulations.

III. How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

(1) Sharing

Your personal information is critical for us to provide services to you. We shall keep your information confidential in accordance with legal provisions, and will not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

• With your prior consent or authorization;
• As required or authorized by laws, regulations, administrative or judicial authorities;
• To provide products and services to you, identify abnormal accounts, and protect the personal and property safety of our platform affiliates, other users or the public from infringement: we only share necessary personal information with our affiliates, authorized partners or third-party service providers performing specific functions on our behalf, subject to the purposes stated in this Policy. • To provide more convenient life services, our platform integrates abundant third-party services accessible via relevant product modules. Please be aware that when you use third-party services integrated on our platform, you may submit location information. With your authorization, we will provide relevant information to third-party service providers. If you refuse us to collect such information, we cannot provide you with relevant functions and services, but this will not affect your use of basic product functions.
• In certain cases, sharing your information is required to deliver services you request, or resolve disputes between you and others.
• For joint marketing activities with third parties, we may share necessary personal information generated during the activity to complete the event, such as participant counts, winner lists and winner contact information, so third parties can deliver prizes to you promptly.
• In accordance with legal provisions and reasonable commercial practices, when we plan to merge with, be acquired by another company, or conduct other capital market activities (including but not limited to IPO, bond issuance), or when we need to accept due diligence from other entities, we will provide your information to necessary parties, but require such parties to adopt reasonable confidentiality measures for your personal information via confidentiality agreements.

Unless otherwise clearly specified in this Policy, this Policy does not apply to independent third-party products and services accessed through our products and services, such as products/websites displayed in search results, websites containing third-party services, or other websites linked from our services. Please note that if you provide personal information to third parties when using their products or services, such information shall be governed by the third party’s privacy statement or equivalent policy. We shall not bear any legal liability for improper use or disclosure of information you provide to third parties.

(2) Transfer

After you delete information from our services, legal, security or technical constraints may prevent immediate deletion from backup systems, but such information will be removed upon backup updates.

Each business function requires basic personal information to operate. You may grant or withdraw your authorization consent for collection and use of additional personal information at any time. After you withdraw consent, we will cease processing the corresponding personal information. However, withdrawal of consent shall not affect personal information processing conducted based on your prior authorization.

(5) Personal Information Subject Account Cancellation

Our APP has no registration or login functions, so account cancellation is not required, and we will not store your personal identifiers.

VI. How We Handle Minors' Personal Information

Our products, websites and services are primarily intended for adults. Children may not create their own user accounts without parental or guardian consent.

For personal information collected from children with parental consent, we will only use or disclose such information to the extent permitted by law, with explicit parental/guardian consent, or necessary to protect the child. While the definition of a child varies by local laws and customs, we define any person under 14 years old as a child. If we discover we have collected children’s personal information without verifiable prior parental consent, we will delete relevant data as soon as possible.
